The Drakensberg Amphitheatre and Tugela Falls 2-day hike covers about 13km both ways counting from Sentinel Carpark up to Tugela Falls and back to Sentinel Carpark with a ascend of about 500m from 2500m – just under 3000m. On average this hike will take about 4 hours per day. That includes stopping for incredible views. The next morning we will return to Witsieshoek Mountain Lodge where cars without a 4×4 capability are parked. From there we’ll depart to our various homes.
